Last week, the Valarmy deployed Industrial IoT / remote sensor monitoring applications at our 4th straight Esri Partner Conference and Developers Summit in Palm Springs, California! It was a cool, literally and figuratively, week with some rain and beautiful rainbows over the desert mountains.

We learned about the latest upcoming and exciting features for the Esri ArcGIS platform. A pleasant surprise – Esri founder Jack Dangermond used screenshots of Valarm air quality monitoring solutions in the opening plenary. The conferences were a great time to catch up with our friends at Esri and Cityworks. We discussed customer needs for Industrial IoT and remote monitoring in verticals / industries like natural resources and city governments.
It’s awesome that Esri got Douglas Crockford, the creator of JSON (JavaScript Object Notation), to give the keynote talk at the Developers Summit! We make extensive use of JSON with Tools.Valarm.net APIs. Thanks, Douglas!
